Rickard's Red


I had the Rickard's Red last Saturday with my plate of ribs and I really enjoyed the thick taste of this beer. After further research, I have found out that the above is an ale which inspired me to pursure this spring/summer beer project.
  • Hop: I cannot recall any significant bitterness from this ale
  • Flavour: Very rich taste of barley and somehow sweet taste of caramel, the mixture feels perfect when in contact with my palate.
  • Aftertaste: The rich taste stays for a short while but nothing unpleasant.
  • Overall: I am pleasantly surprised by this rich tasting ale and I will most like taste more of it in the future.
