Denison's Weissbier

I was looking forward to drink a new witbier yesterday after the lackluster Spicy Food Festival at Harbourfront when I stumbled upon Denison's Weissbier at C'est What.
  • Hop: None, it's a weissbier
  • Flavour: The initial taste is refreshing with a sweet flavour which I could not easily identify.
  • Aftertaste: It's a weissbier, you always want more of it.
  • Overall: The carbonation is just right along with that initial sweet scent at the back of my mouth. As the level of beer goes down, the taste of alcohol and malt become prominent. I personally rank Denison's Weissbier as a runner-up to Leffe and Hoegaarden plus it's brewed close to Toronto.
