Blanche De Chambly

I just had this beer last night out of the blue at the Java House in Toronto. I am quite impressed at this witbier and it is ranking a very close second to Leffe. It was served from the tap with a very nice looking head.
  • Hop: None
  • Flavour: Sweet, refreshing, mild carbonation, citrous flavour and other scents I cannot identify. This witbier has a very rich taste, it acts character to it.
  • Aftertaste: It leaves a sweet taste in your mouth which encourages you to drink more of it.
  • Overall: This witbier is made in Canada, more precisely at Chamby, Quebec as the name suggests. Sometimes the great breweries are closer to home than expected.
