My nemesis, I haven't had a Guinness in almost 6 years.
- Aroma: Somewhat sweet.
- Appearance: Doesn't it look beautiful with that nice head?
- Body & Texture: The head is very creamy, I have never experienced that kind of sensation from a beer. The bitterness is present throughout the drinking experience along with a sweet note in the back.
- Aftertaste: The bitterness stays there for a while but does not overstay its visit in the mouth.
- Overall Impression: I can see why some people enjoy the Guinness so much. It has some unique characteristics but I am not into stouts these days.
