Crêpe Alpha 1


I'm taking a break from baking this week, I'm instead making some crêpe, an inspiration by someone close. As you can see the texture and look seem spot on, just like the home made one.

I didn't have any maple syrup but a pot of honey from last week, that's what I used for the inside. There was one ingredient I forgot to add to the batter, du sucre. Eating the crêpe with no fillings can be tasteless and not appetizing at all. The overall taste seems alright with honey, I believe it might be best served with maple syrup or Nutella.
