Cari Boeuf et Pomme de Terre 1.0

Beef curry as known in the English speaking world, the only dish that I can make and taste delicious. The recipe is similar to the one there with a few modifications, like adding the curry at the very end so that the curry doesn't stick to the pan. I also didn't add a few ingredients like curry leaves, ginger, thyme and coriander. I have overcooked the beef and potato this time but at least the taste is right and I got the right amount of sauce compared to my last attempt.
It's best meant to eat with roti but it works fine on a bed of rice. I used carrot salad as a side dish in this case, cucumber salad goes best with curry dishes.
