I forgot my camera this time, here's a placeholder image until I get an actual snapshot of this Leffe ale. I'll slide to the professional beer tasting record from now on with the following new criteria:
- Aroma: A malty smell to it.
- Appearance: Reddish brown in the dark room that I was drinking it from.
- Body & Texture: Not as thick as other ales out there, it feels right in my mouth. It's also the sweetest beer I have drunk so far.
- Aftertaste: There is some bitterness after each sip which lingers for a long period of time but without being too aggressive.
- Overall Impressions: It's pretty good drinkable sweet ale, I will go for it again in the future.
